   Sorry I don’t really have a particular book in mind but there are many books about hypnotism out there. And about the self Hypnotism subject most of all the books I’ve read or seen about these subjects are about self hypnotism. Go to Amazon.com and search Self Hypnotism and see which one interestes you the most and remember you can always read the reviews to see what other people thought of the book.

   Well, many of us have some degree of alarm or discomfort around spiders – I found that an effective method of beating that was to learn about them. Real arachnophobia, like all phobias, though, is irrational, and not something that you can really beat using rational methods. I'm not sure that hypnosis would be all that helpful (I suspect that it's not as effective as popular mythology would have you believe), but I don't suppose it could hurt.

   Try to get a job with a caterer, and be willing to diversify. Planning Birthday events, anniversary parties. baby showers,etc. is all a part of the biz.Don't just focus on being a wedding planner, but "event planner", and you'll have the time of you're life. Good luck!
