i believe that the mind is a very powerful thing but i have never been hypnotized (to my knowledge) and i'm not so sure that a person can be hypnotized....(ex.- like to cluck like a chicken everytime a bell rings)....deep thought or sleep maybe but power of suggestion? i dont know...have you ever been hypnotized and/or do you believe it works? if you have, tell of your experience.

A traditional session will take 3 stages.
Induction – Usually a progressive relaxation aimed to physically relax
Deepener – a journey to relax the conscious mind. This allows the subconscious to be more active.
Suggestions or other hypnotic work.

Hypnosis can enhance creativity. Changes can last. Sessions depends how well you get on with the hypnotist, and also how skilled they are.Audio hypnosis would work. Recommend Dr Richard Bandler, he is one of the top people and his audios get results.

That's a great question. I just saw on the People Court yesterday a guy that was going to do it to stop smoking. Although he didnt get hypnotized, there were witnesses to there that said they stopped.
I am overweight myself and I would like to try this.
I hope it works.
